Product delivered wrong, defective or another problem?

We are always there for you. Please contact your sales representative before returning a product. The details of your contact person can be found at the bottom of the order confirmation, delivery note or invoice.

Please document any damage to the product or packaging and send us the information and pictures.

If a return is accepted, please follow the instructions for returning the product via the link "Submit Return Order". You can then conveniently and automatically have parcels picked up and delivered to VKF Renzel in Isselburg.

To do this, please have the BP no. and order no. (which can be found at the top right of the delivery note) ready. If you have not yet registered online with VKF Renzel, you can do so on the next page and you will be taken directly to the automatic parcel return service. When you send the parcel, VKF Renzel receives information about the return and the internal process is accelerated.

There is no need to print and stick return labels, this is done by the local shipping service provider during parcel pick up.

Please note that a reason for return must be given! In the case of returns that are not the fault of VKF Renzel, the costs incurred will be charged or invoiced in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Only parcels in the original carton can be accepted that originally came from VKF Renzel.
