Product delivered wrong, defective or another problem?

We are always there for you. Please contact your sales representative before returning a product. The details of your contact person can be found at the bottom of the order confirmation, delivery note or invoice.

Please document any damage to the product or packaging and send us the information and pictures.

Alternatively you can contact us using the contact form. To do this, please have the BP no. and order no. (which can be found at the top right of the delivery note) ready.

Please note that a reason for return must be given! In the case of returns that are not the fault of VKF Renzel, the costs incurred will be charged or invoiced in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Only parcels in the original carton can be accepted that originally came from VKF Renzel.
