History of VKF Renzel GmbH Headquarters in Germany

1985

Heinz Renzel founds VKF Renzel in Bocholt-Spork, Germany
 

1988

Renting the first of meanwhile up to five agricultural farms to establish the different branches of production​​​​​​​
 

1994

Relocation of the company headquarters with administration, production and warehouse to the Isselburg site, the location of today's corporate headquarters.​​​​​​​
 

1996

Expansion of production and storage capacities through the construction of the second industrial hall
In the eastern part of Germany a domestic branch is established in Erfurt; in 2004 the branch is relocated to Ichtershausen where a new facility was built
 

1997

Expansion through purchase of the neighbouring plot of land of 17,500 sqm​​​​​​​
 

1999

Completion of Hall 4; with the acrylic department, the last external production is moved to the Isselburg site​​​​​​​
 

2001 / 02

Construction of the exhibition hall and two separate halls for metal processing and electronic sales promotion​​​​​​​
 

2003

Completion of the current Hall 5 for the expansion of the printing plant as well as for the creation of further logistics and storage capacities
 

2004

Expansion of capacities through the purchase of further neighbouring areas; the company premises now cover more than 53,000 sqm at the Isselburg site​​​​​​​
 

2005

Move into the new administration building with additional 2,000 sqm floor space
 

2007

Construction of the exhibition hall (1,200 sqm), hall 3 (1,400 sqm) and the logistics centre (4,600 sqm). Winner of the German SME Grand Prix 2007​​​​​​​
 

2008

Completion of Hall 3 and the logistics centre​​​​​​​
 

2012

Expansion of logistics through commissioning of an automated small parts warehouse
Completion of Hall 6 for aluminium processing and fabrication​​​​​​​
 

2015

Expansion of logistics centre by 1,600 sqm
