Open an account

Should you have not yet placed an order via the VKF Renzel online store, then you can do so very simply by opening a new online customer account. You must do so even if you have previously used the store via alternative methods such as telephone, fax, or post. An automatic transfer of customer data does not apply here. Select the registration feature under the "Register" section ofthe "Account" menu. The "Account" section can be found at the top of the page. Or you can simply select the following link:

Alternatively, you can conveniently just create an account as part of the order process. Orders via our online shop registration do not necessarily require you to be registered, as you can also contact us without registering, however you cannot take advantage of the customer account.

Unsubscribe
Simply click on "Unsubscribe" at the top of the page.

Forgot log in details

Forgot password
Should you forget your account password, then you can easily set up a new password. Simply select the "Forgot Password?" under the "Account" menu at the top of the page, or use the registration form as part of the order process.

Enter your e-mail address in the field which displayed there and click on "Request a Password". We will automatically and immediately send you an e-mail with a link. Click on this link, and you can set up a new password immediately (minimum of six characters). Please note that the link will only remain active to change the password for up to six hours after the request has been activated.
You will be logged-in automatically after entering a new password.

 

Forgot e-mail address
The following options are available if you have forgotten the e-mail address which you used to register with us.
If you are unsure if you have registered previously, then simply use the form "Create an account" and try and use your e-mail address to create a new account. If your address has already been saved, then you will be notified of this by the system. If your address has not been saved, then you can easily open a new account straight away.
If you are certain that you already have a customer account and wish to use it again, but do not remember the stored e-mail address, then please contact us via e-mail at: sales@vkf-renzel.com. de. Should you already have an account, then we will send you your username via email. We are unable to send you any passwords.

 

Updating customer data

Changing access details
You can change your password separately as part of your customer account. You can log-in using the "Account" menu at the top of the page, and by selecting "My Account". You can change your password here under "LOG-IN DATA".

Your cannot manually change the e-mail address which is used to log in. To do so, please contact us via e-mail at sales@vkf-renzel.com.

 

Modifying and adding addresses
Your billing address and various potential delivery addresses, can be both amended and added via the customer account section.
You can log-in using the "Account" menu at the top ofthe page, and by selecting "My Account". To amend the billing address, select the item BILLING ADDRESS, and for adding or modifying the delivery address, select DELIVERY ADDRESS
Any amended addresses will then apply to the next order.

 

Order history

You can view your previous orders at any time under the "Order history" section. This section can be accessed via the account the "Account" menu -> "My Account" at the top of the page. Alternatively, select the following link: Order history »

 

Wish list

Items which are of interest can be "retained" as part of a wish list. This feature is known as "add to wishlist", and you can find it on the item page under the button "Add to cart". Please note that you must be logged in to use this feature.
Your wish list can be accessed via the "Account" menu at the top of the page, and via the section "wish list", or via the "WISH LIST" menu in your customer account.

All items can be checked out via the wish list. You now have an item from your wish list which can be ordered so that you can conveniently add it to your cart and order it straight away.
