What is the Purpose of Product Tethers?
Product tethers preserve the security of in-store merchandise and avoid their displacement. These retail store anti theft devices enable customers to hold and test products, while guaranteeing that they remain unmoved due to the extendable cable.What Kind of Product Tethers are available?
We offer different versions of retractable product tethers also called pull boxes as well as manual cable tethers.The big advantage of the retractable tether is that the pull box guides the sample back to its original position. This makes it very easy for customers to put the sample away after inspection and testing.
When using a manual product tether the customer must position the sample himself without any additional guidelines.
The different Types of Retractable Product Tethers
We offer 3 different types of retractable product tethers:- Security tether with cable loop and allen key
- Retractable pull box with adhesive plate
- Anti theft tether with ball end
Version with Cable Loop
Teardrop-shaped pull box with security tether for mechanical securing and presentation of goods at the P.O.S.The end piece consists of a loop and two locking rings. One locking ring offers the possibility to determine the loop size, the other one serves as a stopper when the wire rope is pulled in. The locking rings can be shifted in their position as required.
A key for adjusting the locking rings is included.
Pull Box with Adhesive Plate
Tear-shaped pull box incl. security tether to mechanically secure display items at the Point of Sale.The end of the wire is equipped with a 35 x 22 mm metal plate incl. double-sided adhesive tape. To secure your product you simply adhere the metal plate to the merchandise you want to secure.
Pull Box with Ball End
This retractable product tether is ideal if you would like to secure your merchandise without having the pull box visible.Simply drill a small hole in size of the ball end to the display you want to present your product on and attach the product tether in the back. Use the pull box adapter "Flat" or "Rotor" to attach the security wire to the sample you would like to secure.
Types of Manual Product Tethers
The Dummy Holders "Magna" and "Spiral Light" are our solutions for manual product tethers. Both versions consist of a 2-part magnetic holder (male and female part) and are equipped with strong double-sided adhesive tape. Colour choices are black and white.Product Tether "Spiral"
