Product Description

The FD 22 system’s ladder trusses provide a stable and reliable foundation for professional exhibition and shopfitting, as well as for applications in event technology.

Sturdy, robust tube construction

The structure consists of two support tubes, each 35 mm in diameter, connected by diagonal struts with a diameter of 10 mm. All tubes are made from 2 mm thick aluminium, ensuring high stability, durability and versatility for everyday use.

The truss is available in various lengths and can be selected either in a classic aluminium finish or with a black powder coating, as desired.

Furthermore, the FD 22 trusses can be combined with the other Naxpro-Truss 1-point trusses FD 21, 3-point trusses FD 23 and 4-point trusses FD 24. This allows you to flexibly connect different trusses and design structures individually to suit your requirements. The elements are easily connected using practical tapered joints, which ensure quick and secure assembly.

Truss systems play a key role in modern structural engineering and are frequently used in exhibition stand construction and event technology. As our single-point trusses often have to withstand heavy loads, our priority is not only to ensure the highest possible quality but also to guarantee the maximum safety of our products. Through structural analyses, TÜV approvals and annual inspections of our production facilities, we guarantee our customers products of consistently high quality. These comply with the current standard EN 1090 (formerly DIN 4113).

High load-bearing capacity despite lightweight components

The aluminium truss system has the advantage that, despite its small tube diameter of just 35 mm, it is suitable for professional use in exhibition stand construction and event technology. Thanks to their low weight, the trusses can be transported with minimal effort and at low cost, offering a significant logistical advantage over other designs.

Thanks to the fasteners supplied, the 2-point truss system is simple and straightforward to assemble. The individual truss sections can be joined together securely using tapered connections. To do this, the taper is inserted into the end of the truss section, with the tapered pin and spring ensuring a secure fix. All you need for assembly is a light aluminium hammer. The ease of use means that even inexperienced users can effortlessly assemble and dismantle complex structures.
