Product Description
Our start-stop conveyor belt is ideal for small and medium series production where an adhesive tape is to be applied from the roll. The device is operated with a 230V power supply and requires no additional compressed air. Materials up to a width of 115 mm can be glued. With the help of the individually adjustable guide blocks, all adhesive widths up to 50 mm can be applied to the material to be bonded. The device has a Ø75 mm core holder for small adhesive rolls. The glue roll can be braked by a spring to prevent it from running over. The application position of the adhesive as well as the pressure can be individually adjusted and adapted to the material to be glued.
The speed of the conveyor belt is infinitely variable. It is operated via a foot switch. The belt rotates as long as the foot switch is operated. The conveyor belt runs over a low-wear stainless steel base. The frame consists of the stable aluminium square profile "Quattro" (45 x 45 mm) and offers a fixed stop as well as a variably adjustable stop.
