DBR 39 made from Recycled PVC

The shelf edge strip and price rail DBR is the standard rail for all shelves. Equipped with a reading edge, it simplifies the scanning of barcodes.

Which tape for which application?

Non-woven tape: standard tape for all permanent applications on smooth, polar surfaces
Foam tape: adhesive tape for all permanent applications on smooth as well as on rougher surfaces
Textile tape: universal tape for all permanent applications on smooth, rough and fibrous surfaces.

Installation instructions
To ensure optimum adhesion, the surfaces must be free of dust and grease. We recommend using industrial cleaner to clean the surfaces before application or adhesive remover to remove any adhesive residue.

We also recommend gluing at room temperature. Please press the profiles with sufficient pressure over the entire width.

The backing of this shelf rail is made from 100% recycled PVC. For this purpose, we use old goods and PVC residues from our production, which is shredded, prepared, pulverised and then processed. We obtain the processed old goods in the form of recyclate from certified recycling companies in order to be able to extrude resource-saving profiles. The production is sustainable due to the closed material cycle.
