Injection Moulding is used to transform Plastics into Shape

The injection moulding process can be used to economically produce large quantities of directly usable moulded parts. The moulding compound is injected into an injection mould using a machine. We have many years of experience in injection moulding technology. We have over 300 different moulds at our disposal to manufacture products such as poster frames, brochure holders, clips and shopping baskets.

We process thermoplastics in single and multi-component processes up to a part weight of 1,936 g on injection moulding machines with locking forces between 250 kN and 4,200 kN. Our processing methods include injection moulding and toolmaking.
